Either. We can build the whole product end to end, or work alongside an existing team on a specific piece such as billing, AI features or infrastructure.
What billing model do you set up?
It depends on your product: a subscription, a one-off credit model, or a hybrid. We run one-off credit billing on several of our own products and Stripe subscriptions on others, so we can advise on which fits your business.
Do you build multi-tenant SaaS?
Yes. We design the data model for multi-tenancy from the start where it is needed, rather than retrofitting it after the first customer signs up.
Will you operate the SaaS product after launch?
Yes, if you want us to. We run nine of our own SaaS products in production every day, so ongoing hosting, monitoring and support is something we already do at scale.
Can you add AI features to a SaaS product?
Yes. AI is one of the areas we build most often, from LLM drafting features to document processing, and we can add it during the initial build or as a later phase.
