Can you migrate us from another cloud provider or a VPS?
Yes. We plan migrations to minimise downtime, usually running the new environment in parallel before cutting traffic over.
Do you offer ongoing DevOps support after setup?
Yes, as an ongoing arrangement if you want it. We also hand over infrastructure as code and documentation if you would rather run it yourselves.
Can you reduce our AWS bill?
Often, yes. Right-sizing instances, cleaning up unused resources and reviewing what a service is actually costing to run are usually the first things we look at.
What is a zero-downtime deploy and do we need one?
It means shipping a new version without a maintenance window or dropped requests. It matters more once you have real users who notice an outage; we can set this up as part of a new pipeline or add it to an existing one.
Do you set up monitoring and alerting?
Yes, as a standard part of any infrastructure we build, so an outage is something you hear about from an alert, not from a customer.
Can you work alongside our existing engineers?
